The present invention belongs to the technical field of new energy vehicles, particularly to a steel frame having a rotational vehicle chassis, comprising a chassis body. The chassis including a cover body, steel frame and a central foam layer, said surface layer features a cavity, said central cavity inside foamed layer in the surface layer. The steel frame is provided in the surface, including the total contour skeletal steel frame, is connected to the longitudinal bar and the total contour skeletal rod. A chassis main body with a top surface and a bottom surface of each of the convex and recessed reinforcing rib structure. The insert is provided mounted on the chassis body parts. Rotational molding process of the present invention uses the vehicle chassis body-time rotational molding, the production process can be simplified to improve productivity and reduce costs. Steel skeleton conventional steel while maintaining constant intensity rigid chassis, better cushioning and shock absorption; has good sound and heat insulation effect.
