РАЗЛИЧНАЯ ЧУВСТВИТЕЛЬНОСТЬ ПРОДУКТИВНО ИНФИЦИРОВАННЫХ ВИЧ-1 И НЕ ИНФИЦИРОВАННЫХ КЛЕТОК К АПОПТОЗУ

Susceptibility to apoptosis of CD4 + -lymphocytes, producing HIV-1 and uninfected CD4 + -lymphocytes, was investigated. An estimation of apoptosis of lymphocytes was carried out by flowing cytometry method through decrease of mitochondrial potential, phosphatidyl serine expression and DNA fragmentation. In PHA-activated lymphocytes culture the quantity of cells in apoptosis between productively infected and uninfected lymphocytes did not essentially differ from each other.
