Aracnoiditis: Reporte de un caso

The authors describe a case of adhesive arachnoiditis. The patient presented with low back pain which radiate to the right inferior limb. Diagnosis was established by image studies. The clinical and pathological aspects of the case are discussed. This article gives an overview of this complex and relatively uncommon condition, so that patients and their physicians have a clear understanding, and work together to combat the effects of arachnoiditis on the people's lifes.
