Mobile leiomyoma of the skin

We present a patient who had a mobile tumor in the lower leg that was histologically proven to be leiomyoma. Mobile leiomyoma of the skin is a rare condition with clinical features that resemble an encapsulated fat necrosis.A 32-year-old Japanese man presented with a non-painful, mobile tumor in the right lower leg, which had been present for 2 years.
