Síndrome de Boerhaave secundario a ´ulcera duodenal perforada. Reporte de un caso

We present in this communication a 71 years old man, with surgical acute abdomen and spontaneous rupture of the esophagus with 3 days of evolution. The surgical approach was done and death happened after 24 hours since the surgical procedure. We analyze the literature.
