High-resolution compact photonic crystal devices for integrated wavelength demultiplexing

In this talk, the optimal operation condition in the photonic crystal (PC) structures for the best demultiplexing performance is discussed. The reflection at the interfaces of the photonic crystal region and comparison of different schemes to reduce these losses are also presented.
