External bypass ofthe gastro-intestinal tract is one of the most complex issues in current abdominal surgery. Treatment of fistulas is the most difficult task and is accompanied by the rapid emaciation ofpatients and by severe pyo-inflammatory processes in the abdominal cavity, which necessitates correction of pathophysiological impairments and restoration of the gastro-intestinal tract. We describe the case of the successful extensive fistula treatment of the proximal gastric part in the patient with pancreatic necrosis.
