Usabilidade de Sites nos Contextos do Lazer, Turismo e Hospitalidade: Uma Análise da Produção Científica

This qualitative study aimed to present a systematic review about the scientific production involving the themes usability of sites and leisure, focusing specifically on the areas of tourism and hospitality. The search was carried out in the following databases: IEEExplore, Engineering Village, Web of Science, Scopus, Sportdiscus and B-on. As descriptors, there was a combination of the term "usability" with the terms "tourism" and "hotel", separately. The articles mentioned included the field of tourism industry, official tourism sites of cities and the field of hospitality. Data were analyzed using Content Analysis Technique. Based on the results, it can be perceived the importance of the sites in these contexts, as well as the need to improve the sites. It was also noted the relevance of usability for the effectiveness of a website and that this should be present from the beginning of the site development. This field of study lacks more incisive glances and for future studies it is suggested the investigation of the sites related to leisure context in the different regions of the country.
