No-causal fetal ascites′ diagnosis and analysis in Lab

Objective:To provide evidences for fetal ascites′ causal diagnosis by comparing parameters of fetal blood components between fetuses with ascites and normal fetuses.Methods: 23 blood samples from the fetuses with ascites within 19-35 pregnant weeks were obtained by puncturing umbilical vain under continuous ultrasound direction,then these fetal blood samples were analyzed by automatic blood analytic machine,and compared with the normal fetal blood samples within the same pregnant weeks.Results:There is distinctly different value in blood components such as red blood cell,white blood cell,hematoglobin,enzyme,chromosome and TORCH between fetuses with ascites and the normal fetuses,and all of hematological parameters will change with degree of edema.Conclusion:The fetuses with ascites will appear abnormal parameters in their blood components,thus these abnormal parameters can provide referance for diagnosing and evaluating cause of fetal ascites.
