Supported catalyst, its method of manufacture and use.

1993
The catalyst contains 0.3 to 5, in particular 0.5 to 2% by weight of palladium on a substrate COAL ASSETS WITH RESPECT TO CATALYST SECO. The catalyst is obtained by impregnating the substance with an aqueous salt solution PALLADIUM, AND PALLADIUM by precipitation by reduction (activation) FOR PREPARING THE CATALYST. Activated charcoal WITH REACTION ALCALINA, in particular having a pH of at least 8, is impregnated with the solution of palladium salt and excess fluid is removed after it has reached the PH value of at least 1, IN PARTICULAR at least 3 and preferably at least 4. PARTICULARLY thus obtained a high activity and long life of service and especially a simple and inexpensive process production.
