The dispensing method comprises the following steps of after a bearing tray is controlled for initial zero setting, controlling the bearing tray for stepping-type rotation, and correspondingly placing medicine cups one by one in positioning holes, without the medicine cups, passing below a cup-dispatching module according to the stepping rotation of the bearing tray by the cup-dispatching module; controlling a dispensing module to sequentially put medicines into the medicine cups which pass below the dispensing module to dispense the medicines; controlling a piece-dispatching module to correspondingly place sealing pieces one by one on the medicine cups which pass below the piece-dispatching module and are subjected to medicine dispensation, and enabling the sealing pieces to cover the openings of the medicine cups; controlling a sealing module to sequentially seal the medicine cups which pass below the sealing module and are covered with the sealing pieces; controlling a cup-taking module to sequentially take out the medicine cups which are sealed. The dispensing method of the traditional Chinese medicine granule-dispensing system provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, fewer steps, high automation degree, no artificial contamination and more remarkable practicability, and the quality and the efficiency of the dispensed medicines are better enhanced.
