El derecho en la obra de Michel Foucault. Un desajuste entre prácticas y conceptualizaciones

2020
Although Michel Foucault's work has influenced many disciplines, there is not much study of his contributions to law. For fifteen years, discussions of the law in Foucault's work revolved around supporting or responding to developments in Foucault and Law published by Alan Hunt and Gary Wickham in 1994. Prior to that, Francois Ewald had devoted some paragraphs to the treatment of law in Foucault's work, and several articles were subsequently published, until in 2009 Foucault's Law by Ben Golder and Peter Fitzpatrick appeared. The following year they produced a compilation entitled Foucault and Law, with articles already published but scattered, and in 2013 Golder compiled Re-reading Foucault: On Law, Power and Rights.
