Сравнительная оценка эффективности использования некоторых антигипоксантов для восстановления активности нервных клеток после гипоксии

Comparative studies of direct influence GOMK (10-4, 5 × 10-4,10-3 М), pirazetam (10-4-10-6 М), tyroliberin (10-11-10-20 М) on the nerve cells were carried out on a neural model survival slices rats cerebellum under normoxia and increasing hypoxia as well as reoxigenation. It was shown polyphase of the neuron's reaction to all investigated drugs under normoxia. All investigated drugs were systematised at cording to antihypoxic effect in the following way: pirazetam > tyroliberin > GOMK. As a result pirazetam and tyroliberin are most suitable for prevention and treatment of ishemic and postishemic brain statement.
