“两全一双”:教师教育培养模式建构——基于阜阳师范学院教师教育改革的反思与实践

As the reform of the teachers' education and cultivation system in our country goes, normal colleges have faced serious competition with comprehensive colleges. Confronted with the pressed reality, normal colleges should carry forward traditional advantages, reveal their own characteristics, convert pattern of the teachers' education, so as to cultivate fundamental teaching resources suitable for the social needs. After several years of practical exploration and perfection the authors are to propose the cultivation pattern consisting of general education, whole practice, and two-way interaction, promoting effectively the professional development of normal college students; leading and improving rapid development of fundamental education locally, and realizing generally a win-win situation and the mutual promotion of normal colleges' talents training and local construction of fundamental teaching resources.
