The invention discloses an interphalangeal joint prosthesis with connection stability and high abrasion resistance. The interphalangeal joint prosthesis comprises a joint sleeve and a joint shaft. A cylindrical groove which is rotationally matched with the joint shaft is formed in the joint sleeve, the joint sleeve is provided with a connecting rod which is arranged in the direction which is perpendicular to the axis of the cylindrical groove, barbs are arranged on the connecting rod of the joint sleeve, the joint shaft is provided with a connecting rod which is arranged in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the joint shaft, and barbs are arranged on the connecting rod of the joint shaft. The interphalangeal joint prosthesis has the advantages that the interphalangeal joint prosthesis comprises the joint sleeve with the cylindrical groove and has interphalangeal joint rotation movement functions under the matching effect of the cylindrical groove and the joint shaft, pyrolytic carbon coatings are arranged on the surfaces of the joint sleeve and the joint shaft, accordingly, the abrasion resistance and collision resistance of portions between the joint sleeve and the joint shaft can be improved, and the service life of an interphalangeal joint can be prolonged; the connecting rods and the barbs are made of memory alloy, the barbs are positioned in barb grooves when the interphalangeal joint prosthesis is in a non-use state, and can be triggered at specific temperatures to be erected when the interphalangeal joint prosthesis is in a use state, and accordingly antislip effects can be realized; the interphalangeal joint prosthesis is simple in structure and convenient to use, not only is specially firm in connection, but also is excellent in abrasion resistance, and has great popularization value.
