Application of DNC Communication System based on Solutions of CAXA NC Workshop Solutions

NC machine tool as the kernel of NC workshop and the most basic and bottom equipment in networked manufacturing system,the networking solution of it has become important part of network manufacture.This paper firstly introduce connotation of CAXA NC workshop solutions and different level projects for enterprises,and then put forward a DNC communication system based on CAXA NC workshop.Data can be communicated synchronously between one host computer and many NC machine tools with RS232 series in this system.And the NC codes can be remotely transmitted and received.This system can provide technical support for network manufacturing and highly automatic manufacturing in enterprise.The system has been applied in enterprises and obtained satisfactory results.
