Carcinomas and Other Rare Tumours

This chapter is divided into two sections. The first deals with carcinomas except for renal, hepatocellular and thyroid carcinomas which are covered in Chaps. 20, 21 and 22, respectively. The second is a description of a number of very rare tumours which do not neatly fit into preceding chapters.
