The invention discloses an aeronautic health control system, which comprises a master control board, a digital board, an analogue board, a vibration board, a cache recording card and a protective recorder, wherein the master control board is connected with the digital board, the analogue board and the vibration board through a peripheral component interconnect (PCI) bus, is connected with the cache recording card through a serial advanced technology attachment (SATA) bus, and is connected with the protective recorder through an Ethernet bus. According to the system, a plurality of signals can be acquired, and the master control board is used for storing acquired data into the integrated cache recording card, so that acquisition and recording functions are realized by one piece of equipment; and maintenance data, status data and flight parameter data are synchronously acquired on an acquirer, and functions of data synchronization and important data filtration, forwarding and distribution to a flight parameter recorder for storage during ground playback analysis are realized in a time scale information packing and addition way. The aeronautic health control system can be widely applied to an automatic control system.
