Optimal Design of Motor Vibration Isolator for Control of Mower Exterior Noise

Dynamic and acoustic characteristic of a certain mower were tested and analyzed in this paper,and the corresponding model of mower were made by using the finite element and boundary element methods.Vibration isolator to connect motor with mower to reduce radiation noise was adopted.In the optimization design of vibration isolator,stiffiness and damping were used as variables and average displacement of mower was used as object function.And the result shows that the noise is reduced effectively.
