Study on Quality Control of Main Components in Compound Wurenchun Cupsules

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of notoginsenoside R_1,ginsenoside Rg_(1) and ginsenoside Rb_(1) in Compound wurenchun capsules by RP-HPLC.Method: Lichrosphere C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was employed.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water was eluted in gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 203 nm.Result: The linear range of three components were 0.216~1.080 μg(r=0.999 5),0.820~4.100 μg(r=0.999 9)and(0.816)~4.080 μg(r=0.999 5)respectively.The average recoveries were 97.38%,96.41% and 96.91% respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,precise and specific.It could be used for quality control of Compound wurenchun capsules.
