V2O3/MoS2 microspheres as a high-performance anode for Li-storage

2020
Abstract V2O3/MoS2 composites were synthesized by a simple and efficient microwave-assistant hydrothermal method. V2O3 particles are uniformly coated with flexible MoS2 nanosheets. The optimized composites exhibit large reversible capacity, good cycling performance and high rate capability as anode materials for Li-storage. An initial discharge capacity of 1420 mAhg-1 can be obtained with capacity retention around 730 mAhg-1 after 500 cycles at a current density of 0.1 Ag-1.
