Control method for dual-tub washing machine

A control method for a dual-tub washing machine, comprising the following steps: step S1: before a first washing tub (1) executes heating; step S2: determining whether or not a second washing tub (2) is heating; step S3: if yes, then determining whether or not the remaining heating time of the second washing tub (2) is greater than T 0 ; and, step S4: if yes, then executing an alternating heating procedure in which the first washing tub (1) and the second washing tub (2) are heated alternately, if not, then executing a consecutive heating procedure in which the second washing tub (2) is heated first and the first washing tub (1) is heated second, where T 0 is a system-set time value used for determining whether or not the second washing tub (2) is about to finish heating. The present invention employs a combination of the consecutive heating procedure and the alternating heating procedure for heating of the dual-tub washing machine and determines whether the tub being heated is about to finish the corresponding heating procedure selected, thus allowing the present invention to select the appropriate heating procedure on the basis of an actual heating state, high heating efficiency, and increased accuracy in power control.
