Case 169: Lymphomatoid Granulomatosis

Given the importance of early diagnosis and taking into account the characteristic features, such as bilateral ill-defined ground-glass opacities and nodules in a peribronchovascular distribution, lymphomatoid granulomatosis should be considered in the radiologic differential diagnosis of patients with extensive multifocal nodular lung involvement.
