Research Progress on Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine inducing Apoptosis in Tumor Cells

Recent studies have found that a lot of traditional Chinese medicine have the effect of anti-tumor for they can induce the apoptosis of tumor cells,which has become a new target for anti-tumor drug screening.Mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine inducing apoptosis in tumor cells mainly includes arrest of cell proliferation cycle,effect of gene expression and signal transduction,induction of cell factor,regulation of hormone levels,etc.This article is only summarized the progress of research on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine inducing apoptosis in tumor cells in recent years.
