烟台市铜绿假单胞菌质粒、转座子、整合子遗传标记研究

Objective To identify the presence of drug resistance genes in plasmid、integrons and transpasons of pseudomonas aeruginosa in Yantai. Methods The susceptibility to 16 antibiotics was tested in 30 clinically isolated pseudomonas aeruginosa by paper diffusing method, PCR method was used to amplify the following genes from 30 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa: genetic markers of plasmid (traA、traF), integrons (tnpA、tnpU、merA) and Ⅰ transposons (int Ⅰ). Results Different degreeof drug resistance were showed in 30 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa. The positive rate of drug resistance gene of merA was 46.7% (14/30), the positive rate of int Ⅰ was 46.7% (14/30). Among them 11 strains contain an array of drug resistance genes as well as merA and integron Ⅰ, 3 strains contain drug resistance genes of merA and other 3 strains contain drug resistance genes of integron Ⅰ. The total positive rate of merA and/or int Ⅰ gene was 56.7% (17/30). The rest kinds of genes were all tested negative. Conclusion There was higher positive rate of integrons and transpasons gene in pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the inpatients in Yantai. No genetic markers of plasmid of A or F was tested.
