Absorption Analysis of Wind Power Projects Based on Regional Power Balance and N-1 Static Security Constraints
2019
In view of the rapid development of wind power in the region, the "back-load characteristics" of wind power itself and the slow development of low-valley load bring about the increasingly serious problem that the development of power grid lags behind the development of energy, especially the development of wind power. In this paper, a method of wind power project absorption analysis based on regional power balance and N-1 static security constraints is proposed. The local wind power absorption is evaluated by regional power balance, and the impact of N-1 static security constraints on wind power access to power grid is evaluated by the verification of each outlet section. The analysis of the feasibility and timing of the wind power construction is of great significance for the orderly development of wind power projects.
