T-15 vacuum system

Abstract The T-15 pumping system is presented. The technology for the plasma chamber, eryostat and cryogenic system vacuum pumping at different stages of operation including the regimes of conditioning, cooling down, eryostating and warming up is described. Operation of the vacuum system at plasma chamber conditioning by means of glow discharge and warming up is considered. Gas puffing system is also described.
