KONTRIBUSI PERGURUAN TINGGI NAHDLATUL ULAMA: Membangun Islam Moderat, Inklusif, dan Kebangsaan

This article analyses inclusive higher education institution of Nahdlatul Ulama that spread moderate Islam. The research uses qualitative method with narrative approach. The findings those are Nahdlatul Ulama higher education consist varian forms such as collage, institute, and university. They are managed by Pengurus Besar Nahdlatul Ulama and also many from individual that affiliate with Nahdlatul Ulama. Nahdlatul Ulama higher education institutions  have established nationally, exactly they are social capital for Islam and State relationship in Indonesia. Researchers found that  Nahdlatul Ulama higher education institutions have distinctive and unique characteristic such as seeding Islam Wasatiyyah teachings, nationalism internalisation, and Ahlussunnah wal jamaah an Nahdliyah principles that refuse radicalism and terrorism based on Islam labelling. Nahdlatul Ulama higher education institutions have proven their commitment on Islam and Indonesia Republic. Therefore  Government must support through policy that empower Nahdlatul Ulama higher education institutions.
