Overseas Training Courses and Higher-education Internationalization

The rapid development of information and communication technologies, the emergence of global markets and knowledge intensive economies, and the unprecedented levels of personnel movement have been pushing the world to the direction of globalization in high speed. In the trend of globalization, higher education internationalization has become an important factor in development of higher education and one of the standards for recognition and evaluation on higher education in the society. Based on the analyses of general characteristics of higher education internationalization, the relationship between overseas training courses and higher education internationalization and their profound impact are discussed with emphasis. The measures on quality control and development for the courses are also discussed.
