Average Characteristics of the Ensemble of Cobalt Clusters in a Copper Matrix

The process of changing the average deflection of the copper surface over cobalt subsurface clusters and the fraction of the surface occupied by the ensemble of clusters. Their time dependences were calculated, in good agreement with the experiment.
