Method for building bionic super-hydrophobic film on surface of copper matrix through electrolysis of organic matter

2015
The invention discloses a method for building a bionic super-hydrophobic film on the surface of a copper matrix through electrolysis of organic matter. The method comprises the steps that copper foil is ultrasonically cleaned at indoor temperature, placed in a polishing solution to be polished, and then washed with deionized water; the pretreated copper foil is used as a negative electrode, a Pt plate electrode is used as a positive electrode, a water solution containing an organic carbon source, conductive salt and metal nanoparticles is used as an electrolyte, and electrolysis is carried out at constant pressure till a silver-carbon composite film is collected at the negative electrode; the treated copper foil is soaked in a normal hexane mixed solution composed of stearic acid and dicyclohexylcarbodiimide for 10-30 h, and then the copper foil is washed with normal hexane to obtain the super-hydrophobic copper foil. Thorn ball type and water skipper leg type micro-nano-scale films of hierarchical structures can be prepared under different electrolysis conditions, the contact angles between the films and water are larger than 150 degrees, the rolling angles are smaller than 5 degrees, and the super-hydrophobic property is stable.
