病人,男,50岁,体检发现腹部包块2 d.病人于2 d前体检查腹部B超时发现腹腔内有一包块,无恶心、呕吐,未见外伤.拟"左上腹包块性质待定"收住入院.病程中病人无畏寒、发热,无纳差。
