В какой мере эффективна плацебо-терапия у больных алкоголизмом в постабстинентном периоде?

The psychological peculiarities of emotional and motivational state following placebo therapy (the groups of comparison in the study of nootropic drugs in double-blind randomized placebo-controlled investigation) were studied in 40 alcoholic patients in postabstinent period. The majority of patients (62,5 %) were placebo positive, 12,5 % placebo indifferent and 17,5 % placebo negative. The significant differences were revealed between patients of compared groups. The positive shifts in emotional state were registered in all patients, the placebo negative ones demonstrated the most increase, especially in reduction of motivation for alcohol use. It was concluded that the differential approach was necessary to treat the abstinent syndrome and in postdetoxification period.
