Modularized high-power light emitting diode (LED) lamp using airflow for natural heat radiation

2010
The utility model relates to a modularized high-power light emitting diode (LED) lamp using airflows for natural heat radiation, which consists of an LED module group, a driver and a lamp frame, wherein the LED module group and the driver are fixed on the lamp frame, an interface is arranged on the lamp frame, one lamp can be formed by one or a plurality of LED module groups, each LED module group is an LED lamp module group with the inner curve surface light distribution, the driver adopts multiple paths of constant current output, and each path of output is connected with one LED module group through a waterproof joint, the lamp frame can be in a framework structure which is only provided with a fixed LED module group and the driver and can be installed with the outside, and an outer cover and the like can also be arranged on the framework structure. No matter whether the framework structure is provided with the outer cover or not, an airflow ascending passage is arranged inside the lamp for realizing the effect of convenient heat radiation. The modularized high-power LED lamp adopts high-power white light LEDs as light sources and adopts the LED lamp module group with the inner curve surface light distribution for realizing the light distribution requirement of the lamp and meeting the industrial production (IP) protective grade requirements, and the design requirement and the installation difficult of the lamp are greatly reduced. The airflows can form a heat radiation passage through the airflow ascending passage arranged inside the lamp, the heat radiation efficiency is greatly improved, and the LED is ensured to work in a proper temperature range.
