MILAGRO-A TeV air shower array. [M1; NGC 1952]

In this paper we describe a new proposed water-{hacek C}erenkov detector called MILAGRO, for observing cosmic gamma rays over a broad energy range of 1--1000 TeV. This detector will have an angular resolution better than 0.5{degree} and an energy threshold near 1 TeV.
