The shooting method comprises the following steps of presetting an exposure time and the light flux of a camera aperture; performing overexposure shooting on a target object according to the exposure time and the light flux of the camera aperture which are preset to obtain an overexposure picture; extracting the pixel information of the target object from the overexposure picture; performing pixel synthesis processing on the pixel information and a preset background picture to obtain a picture of the target object. The invention also discloses a shooting device. According to the shooting method and the shooting device, a user only needs to shoot two pictures to obtain the picture with the target object which is clear and highlighted from the background, the long-time exposure shooting is not required, and accordingly the rapid and efficient effect is achieved.
