Characterization of Polymeric Materials Base on Liquid Rubbers with Terminal Functional Groups

The synthesis of reactive liquid hydrocarbon rubbers was realized by radical polymerization of diene monomers in the presence of azocompounds with various functional groups. Optimal process conditions for synthesis have been chosen. A range of polymeric compositions with controlled characteristics and required mechanical properties of cured materials have been developed. This way permits to achieve considerable changes in the materials property by means of slight change of oligomer terminal groups.
