Obtención y caracterización de pintura RAM (Radar Absorbent Material)

This paper contains the process for synthesizing the nanoferrite NiZnFe4O8 is shown through a citrate precursor method with the purpose of achieving a coat that absorbs and scatters radar waves (Radar Absorbent Material). The characterization tests for the nanoferrites are shown, including electron microscopy (SEM and EDS), X-ray diffraction and magnetometry, having results that guarantee the accomplishment of antiradar properties. Finally, the electromagnetic test for the RAM material show as results, for a saturated concentration of nanoparticles (80% w/w), absorption percentage of 96% in the 12 GHz frequency.
