CATIA-Based Urban Mini EV Design

This article introduces a mini EV for urban single driving, the car intended to work as conveyance for city workers, thereby relieving urban traffic pressure, improving traffic congestion, reducing urban pollution. The paper primarily designs a electric reversed tricycle and determines its motor and battery parameters, fixes the cockpit installation location by ergonomics, and finally completes vehicle arrangement. CATIA is mainly used for modeling and ergonomics analysis during the design process.
