The preparation method of grapheme-based electrode materials through the defect initiation comprises: (1) depositing; (2) etching; and (3) closing a radio-frequency power supply and a heating power supply, defining Ar as a protective gas to be cooled to the room temperature, and completing the preparation method provided by the invention. The present invention is used for the preparation method of the grapheme-based electrode materials through the defect initiation.
