Эффективность применения в амбулаторной практике смеси на основе гидролизата казеина «Нутрамиген» у детей, страдающих аллергией к белкам коровьего молока

The article discusses methods of optimal selection of a formula based on cow’s milk protein hydrolysates for children with atopic diseases. A comparative analysis of various therapeutic hydrolytic formulas has been done. The authors present the results of using a hydrolyzed casein preparation Nutramigen in first-year infants who suffer from atopic dermatitis related to cow’s milk protein sensitization. Diet therapy with the formula «Nutramigen» permitted to obtain remission of the disease and considerably decrease the volume of local and drug therapy in all infants.
