Analisis Motivasi Berprestasi dan Keaktifan Berorganisasi terhadap Indeks Prestasi Aktivis Mahasiswa pada Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta

This study aims to determine how much influence the achievement motivation and organizational activeness has on student achievement index in the UMS Faculty of Teacher Training and Education student activity units. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive research design. The population of 98 students was taken as many as 45 students as a sample using the Simple Incidental technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique uses analysis prerequisite test using normality test and linearity test, and testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect between achievement motivation variables (X1) on the FKIP UMS student achievement index as indicated by tcount 2.473 and sig 0.018, while organizational activity (X2) on the FKIP UMS student achievement index showed a negative and significant effect with tcount -2,645 and sig 0.011 and the coefficient of determination results in a value of 0.144. This shows that the influence of achievement motivation and organizational activeness variables on the student achievement index in the UMS Faculty of Teacher Training and Education student activity units was 14.4% while the remaining 85.6% was influenced by outside variables.
