SUMMARY Technology advance both to treat and diagnose of the oncology disease has allowed that during the last decade greater survival rates has been achieved it represents a challenge to reach quality lifes level on a chronic disease with high deleterious potentialities. The prevalence of protein - nutrimental malnutrition on pediatric oncology is very wide influencing on it from the social and economical status up to the type of cancer. Nutrition support has a very high complexity either because the chosen of nutriments and the way for supply. There is no a general consensus about the nutrition modulation role in response to the different modalities of oncology treatment. This paper has the goal of do a review about the main complexities during the metabolic and nutrimental treatment in oncology pediatric patient.
