Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesinde Görev Yapan Öğretim Elemanlarının Bilgisayar Kullanma Öz-Yeterlik Düzeyleri

In this study, the computer self-efficacy level of academicians at Abant Izzet Baysal University (AIBU) was determined according to their age, experience and academic positions. 144 academicians were participated from various departments in 2012 education year. The data was collected through Computer Self-Efficacy Scale developed by Compeau and Higgins (1995) and translated to Turkish by Isil Aktag (2011). In the analysis of data, one way ANOVA, frequency and percentage calculations and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient test were utilized. It was found that there are significant differences an academicians computer self-efficacy scale according to their age, experience and academic positions. Also there are significant differences in computer self-efficacy level according to usage of computers during weekend and weekdays by academicians
