A third port of a water inlet three-way pipe is connected with a water inlet ball valve; the other end of the water inlet ball valve is connected with a filter device through a pipeline; an outlet end of the filter device is sequentially connected with a low-pressure switch, a filter device provided with granular activated carbon, a water inlet electromagnetic valve, a high-pressure pump and a reverse osmosis unit; a pure water end of the reverse osmosis unit is connected with a check valve; the other end of the check valve is connected with a pure water pressure control switch; a water outlet end of a post activated carbon filter element is connected with a pure water inlet end of a dual-water-quality water outlet tap through a pipeline; a wastewater outlet of the reverse osmosis unit is connected with a wastewater proportioner; a water outlet end of the wastewater proportioner is connected with a water storage barrel pressure control switch; the other end of the water storage barrel pressure control switch is connected with a three-way quick joint; one water outlet end of the three-way quick joint is connected with a water storage barrel ball valve; and the other water outlet end of the three-way quick joint is connected with a wastewater inlet end of the dual-water-quality water outlet tap through a pipeline. The invention can implement no wastewater discharge.
