Guidelines and procedures for evaluating piping for continued service

The primary objective of this report is to summarize industry experience with regards to the technical aspects of assessing and evaluating piping for continued operation. This task will focus on the technical efforts to evaluate specific degradation mechanisms and the programmatic issues relating to the assessment process as a whole. The task objective will be demonstrated by an example assessment, where each step in the evaluation process is discussed with industry references cited.
