Calculation of the parameters of the nonlinear elements of the equivalent circuit of a field-effect transistor

A method is proposed for determining the parameters of the approximating functions that describe the volt-ampere and volt-farad characteristics of MOSFETs. It is shown for the example of two transistors that the functions obtained as a result of the approximation agree well with experimental relationships.
