Heat Capacities of Water on Zeolites

1985
Heat capacities of water on zeolites with different counterions (HA, LiA, NaA, KA, MgA, CaA and ZnA) have been determined in the temperature range from 220 to 460 K. The water heat capacities differ completely from the corresponding “free water” capacites. The influence of valency was found to be more significant than the nature of the counterion. The heat capacity is described with high accuracy by the general integral equation with two temperature dependent variable coefficients, obtained from experimental results.
