In article the questions connected with professional development of teachers of educational institutions in the conditions of introduction of Federal state educational standards of the general education from the point of view of system – active approach are considered. It is paid attention that process of professional development should reflect positive changes in the personal and professional qualities of the teacher providing achievement each being trained educational results (personal, meta-subject, subject), promoting development of the identity of the child on the basis of universal educational actions. On the basis of positions of system – active approach the solution of the problem of professional development of teachers, on the one hand, through self-design of own professional growth, with another, through the organization of system of methodical and administrative interaction of all subjects on which professional development of teachers depends is offered.
