Clinical study of rhBNP in the treatment for acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure

2012
Objective To investigate the value of rhBNP in the treatment for acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure. Methods 70 patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with rhBNP,the control group was treated with nitroglycerin. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared, the urine output,BNP levels and LVEF changes of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In observation group,19 cases were markedly effective,12 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 88.57%(31/35),which was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).After treatment, urine output of the two groups significantly increased,BNP levels significantly reduced,LVEF significantly improved(P0.05).The improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion In the treatment for acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure, recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide has a high value.
